Our Mission
The mission of River Flow Soccer Club is to use soccer as a vehicle for positive change in the city of Rochester, New York. River Flow players not only take part in year-round soccer training and matches but also are provided with academic, cultural, life skill, and community programs.
The goal of the RiverFlow Leadership Academy is to systematically develop the future coaches,administrators and officials for soccer in the City of Rochester, NY.
At River Flow Soccer Club it is our goal not only to develop potential soccer stars, but also to develop potential future leaders of our community.
The expansion of our organization can be directly attributed to the emphasis we put on developing our players on and off the soccer field.
As River Flow continues to grow in numbers and quality of players, coaches and training curriculum, we must elevate the image of Inner City Programs. It will be important for our participants to feel as though they belong to something special and to show others through Nike branded gear that they stand for positive choices.
By providing coaching courses, officiating certifications, First Aid, college preparatory and leadership programs for the high school players within the program, we will be able to sustainably grow the program from within.
